Pam's yugort and cucumber appetizer...

• 1 medium cucumber shredded
• 1 small piece garlic minced
• 2 grams mint finely chopped
• 1 pinch of salt(optional)
• 180 grams plain yugort

1. in a bowl combined all the ingredients blend well.
2. Chill....enjoy :)
