Laineys Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
- 6-8 red or possibly white potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 4-6 ounce. shredded cheese (your choice)
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- Using casserole dish, layer potatoes, sprinkle cheese, salt and pepper between layers.
- Leave some cheese for top layer.
- when done with potatoes, combine lowfat milk and pour over potatoes.
- Arrange pats of butter across top and sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Preheat oven to 350
