Pancake - Gluten Free / Dairy Free

  1. Melt coconut oil in your pancake pan.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients with whisk, mix well.
  3. Pour most of the melted coconut oil to batter slowly while mixing.
  4. Pour all onto greased pan.
  5. Cook about 5 minutes on first side (add berries or banana for extra flavor).
  6. Flip, cook another minute or two.
