Asian Style Seafood Salad Recipe

  1. Preparation: Bring rice, minced onion and 2 c. of water to a boil in a medium saucepan; cover and simmer 45 min till the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
  2. Blanch (or possibly thaw) cut fresh (or possibly frzn) green beans.
  3. Whisk together the yogurt, water, soy sauce, garlic pwdr, pepper and ginger in a small bowl and set aside.
  4. Sort and clean the shrimp.
  5. To serve: Photo shows salad served on a bed of rice.
