Marshmallow Pudding Recipe
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 30 lg. marshmallows
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1/2 c. minced nuts, optional
- 1/4 c. minced maraschino cherries, optional
- 12 graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
- In double boiler heat marshmallows into condensed lowfat milk.
- Mix in liquid removed crushed pineapple.
- Whip whipping cream to stiff peak, and fold into pudding mix.
- At this point, add in nuts and cherries if you like.
- Pat graham crumbs into glass baking dish.
- Top with pudding mix and chill.
