Brownie Peanut Butter Bites

• 1 pkg. brownie mix
• 1/3 cup hot water
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 egg
• 48 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine brownie mix, water, oil and egg.
3. Beat well with spoon.
4. Fill paper-lined mini-muffin cups about 1/2 full.
5. Press one peanut butter cup into batter in each cup.
6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until brownie is set.
7. Cool completely.
