Crunchy Shrimp Salad Recipe
- 1 c. minute rice, cooked
- 1 1/3 c. lite mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- Dash Tabasco sauce
- 4 green onions, minced
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced
- 1 c. raw cauliflower, broken in sm. rosettes
- 1 1/2 c. canned shrimp, rinsed and liquid removed
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serves 6.
