Strawberry & Melon Salad

• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian or Oriental Sesame Dressing Mix
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 Tbsp. water
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
• 3 cups melon chunks
• 1 cup sliced strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 3 Tbsp. sunflower kernels

1. Pour juice into cruet or medium bowl.
2. Add salad dressing mix, oil and water.
3. Shake vigorously or mix until well blended.
4. Toss greens, melon, strawberries and dressing in large bowl.
5. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
