Fast Pumpkin Pasta With Parmesan and Chives

  1. Cook pasta.
  2. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of water.
  3. Return pasta to pot.
  4. Meanwhile in a large saucepan, combine pumpkin, broth, milk, sage and salt.
  5. Heat, stirring, for 10 minutes.
  6. Add to the pasta along with half of the parmesan cheese and reserved water.
  7. Cook 1 more minute until thickened.
  8. Serve sprinkled with chives and remaining cheese.
