Sour Cream Dip
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 1 packages Real Bacon Bits
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 packages Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 1/2 cup Mild Shredded Cheese
- 1 bag of Scoops Corn Chips
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- Empty container of sour cream into a large bowl
- Cut tomatoes in halves on a paper towel to drain excess juices
- Add tomatoes to sour cream after drained
- Add bacon bits
- Add package of salad dressing mixture
- Add cheese
- Fold in all ingredients / gently
- Add pepper for color
- Add salt to taste (optional)
- Refrigerate for thirty minutes
- Dip ready to serve
- Also delicious with ruffle potatoe chips
