sweet and sour chicken brests
- 6 each boneless skinless chicken brests
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- preheat oven to 375F.
- place (thawed) chicken breasts in large cake pan
- mix ketchup, apple juice, brown sugar and lemon juice in small pot
- heat ingredients till thickened
- pour sauce mixture over chicken breasts and cook for 75 mins till chicken is fully cooked
- let cool down and serve
