Oven-Fried Herb Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Melt butter in 13x9-inch baking pan in oven.
  3. Meanwhile, combine stuffing mix, parsley, sage and garlic powder in 9-inch pie pan; mix well.
  4. Dip chicken pieces into melted butter, then roll in seasoned crumb mixture to coat.
  5. Place in prepared pan, skin-side up.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  7. Bake 70-80 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165F and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
