Chicken Chili Bean
- 1/2 kg Chicken
- 3 cup Red Bean
- 1/4 oz Red Chili
- 3 each Tomato
- 1 clove Onion
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 500 ml Water
- 2 each Cinnamon
- 2 clove Candlenut
- 4 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 as needed Salt
- 3 tsp White pepper powder
- 1 as needed Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tsp Crushed basil leaf
- Boil chicken in 500ml water (or as needed) to get the broth
- Take the chicken, dry it and put the broth on a bowl
- Boil red beans in water until tender, divide in 2 parts
- Take 1 part of red bean then crush it
- Puree tomato, garlic, candlenut, cinnamon and red chili
- Chop onion, then cook it with olive oil until tender
- Take the broth then boil it
- Put cooked onion into the broth
- Put puree and crushed red beans into the broth
- Wait until them boil, put honey in and stir, then put the chicken and another part of red bean (that not been crushed)
- Pour salt, white pepper, black pepper, basil leaves
- Stir and let it about 30-45 mins until the water dry
- Serve
