Italian pork roast in wine

  1. Preheat oven 350 Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice onions thinly and cover the bottom of roaster.
  3. put roast fat side down.
  4. Rub top part with half the spices.
  5. Turn roast fat side up.
  6. And coat with the rest of spices.
  7. Add wine and water to roaster.
  8. Cover put into oven for 4 hours.
  9. After 4 hours add more water about half to whole cup let cook 1 more hour till falling apart.
  10. shred apart and let rest in its juices serve hope you enjoy
