- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons minced bell peppers
- 2 (6 ounce) canswhite lump crabmeat
- 12 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 small tomatoes, diced
- tortilla chips, for serving
- 12 cup cooked chopped spinach
- 15 ounces artichokes in water
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, and mayonnaise.
- Stir in peppers, onions, cheese and seasonings.
- Fold in crabmeat.
- Pour mixture into a baking casserole, and top with diced tomatoes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approx 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- If adding cooked shopped spinach or artichoke hearts, do so BEFORE folding in crabmeat.
- Just FYI, you CAN add BOTH spinach and artichoke if you want to.
- I find throwing the veges into the food processor produces the most desireable texture to the final dip.
