Easy Thai-Style Steak Kabobs
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch-wide strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts Rite Aid Buy 1 Get 1 Free thru 02/06
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread meat onto 8 skewers; place in shallow dish.
- Mix dressing, peanut butter and soy sauce until blended; pour half over skewers.
- Refrigerate 10 min.

- Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package reducing water by 1/4 cup, omitting salt and adding remaining dressing mixture with water in saucepan before bringing water to boil.
- Add onions and nuts to rice mixture.
- Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill kabobs 8 to 10 min.

- Serve kabobs with rice.
