Tuna Quiche

  1. Pierce bottom and sides of pie shell with fork.
  2. Bake at 450 for 5 minutes.
  3. Layer tuna, cheese, peas and onion in pie shell.
  4. Beat eggs, evaporated milk, lemon juice, chives and seasonings.
  5. Reduce temperature to 350 .
  6. Bake for 12 minutes longer or until golden brown.
