Crispy Baked Shrimp
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, Grated
- 1/4 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Cooking Sherry (or Chicken Broth)
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 12 ounces, weight Large Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine everything but the shrimp.
- Mix well
- Spread shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the shrimp.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
