Paprika Dressing

• 12 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
• 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar or 3 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
• 3 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika
• 2 teaspoons hot smoked paprika

1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic until golden.
2. Stir in the vinegar, paprika and season with salt and pepper.
3. Serve.
