Sesame Cauliflower
- 1/2 pound broccoli florettes
- 1/2 pound cauliflower florettes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Oriental sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Steam florettes until tender, about 7 minutes.
- Drain.
- Meanwhile, mix the oil, soy sauce and lemon juice in serving bowl.
- When broccoli and cauliflower are ready, spoon into bowl and stir to coat well.
