Latin Fiesta Shrimp and Garlic

  1. Chop carrot, pepper, squash, garlic.
  2. Saute garlic in Sazon GOYA, olive oil and salt on low heat until garlic is soft and starting to toast.
  3. Add vegetables and cook till the colors of the vegetables pop.
  4. Add shrimp cook another 5 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
  5. Serve over pasta or rice.
