Two-Tone Fruit Pie
- 1-1/2 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 3/4 cup water
- COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine or butter; press on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate.
- Set aside.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Blend 3/4 cup dissolved gelatin with sour cream; refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Spoon into prepared crust; refrigerate.
- Stir cold water into remaining dissolved gelatin; refrigerate until thickened, about 20 minutes.
- Carefully spoon over sour cream layer.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
- Serve garnished with whipped topping and fruit.
