Two-Tone Fruit Pie

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine or butter; press on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  4. Blend 3/4 cup dissolved gelatin with sour cream; refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  5. Spoon into prepared crust; refrigerate.
  6. Stir cold water into remaining dissolved gelatin; refrigerate until thickened, about 20 minutes.
  7. Carefully spoon over sour cream layer.
  8. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
  9. Serve garnished with whipped topping and fruit.
