Pan Fried Daikon Radish With Garlic Soy Sauce and Butter
- 1/2 Daikon radish
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Peel the skin off of the daikon radish, and cut into 3cm thick round slices.
- Put the daikon radish in a heatproof dish and cover with plastic film.
- Microwave at 500W for 7 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut the garlic into thin slices.
- Heat a frying-pan, then spread vegetable oil over the base.
- Line the garlic and daikon radish in the pan, and cook over medium heat.
- Put the garlic on top of the daikon radish if it looks like the garlic will burn.
- Cook both sides of the daikon radish.
- Add the soy sauce and butter to coat the daikon radish and garlic to finish!
