Orange Ice Cream Soda

• 1 large can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
• 1/2 cup light cream or half and half
• 1 quart ginger ale
• 1 pint vanilla ice cream
• 1 pint orange sherbet

1. Put a heaping teaspoon of orange juice concentrate in each glass.
2. Add 1 tablespoon light cream to each glass, and mix well.
3. Stir in 1/4 cup ginger ale, and add 1 scoop each of the ice cream and the sherbet.
4. Fill the glasses with the remaining ginger ale.
5. Stir gently; and serve with a straw and a long-handled spoon.
