Seared Cajun Ahi Tuna

  1. pour 1/2 cup Cajun seasoning on plate
  2. slice tuna into long 1x1 slabs.. should be able to get about 3 slabs
  3. coat tuna in Cajun seasoning
  4. heat pan to medium
  5. cook all sides of tuna until white... approx 10 seconds each side
  6. after cooked throw on a plate and place in freezer for 10 min or until cool
  7. slice into bite size pieces
  8. top with Cajun mayo, sirahcha, and green onion.
