Venison Tips In Mushroom Sauce Recipe

• 2 lbs. venison, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 1 env. onion soup
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 2 c. beef broth or possibly bouillon
• Green peppers (optional)
• Onions (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
2. Cook on HIGH 5-6 hrs or possibly LOW for 8-12 hrs.
3. Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
