Peach Pudding Cake Recipe

  1. Slice peaches into 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Combine sugar, flour, baking pwdr, salt, butter, lowfat milk and vanilla and spread this over the peaches.
  3. Then combine 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 Tbsp.
  4. cornstarch, and sprinkle over the batter.
  5. Pour 1/2 c. boiling water over all.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 min, till nicely browned and "cake" is done.
  7. Delicious hot with whipped topping or possibly ice cream.
  8. Serves 8-10.
