Dill Baked Cod
- 1-1/4 qt. KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. dill weed
- 2-1/2 tsp. salt
- 2-1/2 tsp. Coarse ground black pepper
- 40 each cod fillets (6 oz. each)
- 1-1/4 qt. Fresh white bread crumbs
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed, salt and pepper until well blended.
- Place fish fillets on 5 full-size sheet pans sprayed with cooking spray (or, use 1 full-size sheet pan for trial recipe).
- Spread each fillet with 2 Tbsp.
- of the mayonnaise mixture; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
- of the combined bread crumbs and paprika.
- Bake in 375F-convection oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is tender to the touch (155F) and topping is lightly browned.
