Horse Mackerel Tataki (Pounded Horse Mackerel ) in Rice Bowl

  1. Fillet the fish into 3 pieces, and remove the skin.
  2. Remove the big bones, and pound into very small pieces to make tataki.
  3. Mix the ingredients and Step 1, put on top of rice, then you're done.

mackerel, ponzu, mirin, green onions, sesame seeds, ginger, rice bowlful
