Horse Mackerel Tataki (Pounded Horse Mackerel ) in Rice Bowl
- 1 Horse Mackerel
- 1 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 tsp Miso
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 Green onions
- 1 Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger
- 1 rice bowlful Plain cooked rice
- Fillet the fish into 3 pieces, and remove the skin.
- Remove the big bones, and pound into very small pieces to make tataki.
- Mix the ingredients and Step 1, put on top of rice, then you're done.
