VELVEETA Easy Red Beans & Rice

  1. Cook sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
  2. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add beans, tomatoes and chili powder; mix well.
  4. Stir in water.
  5. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in rice and VELVEETA; cover.
  7. Simmer on low heat 5 to 7 minutes or until rice is tender and most of the water is absorbed.
  8. Remove skillet from heat; stir until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
