Bean And Tuna Salad Recipe
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1/2 red dry onion, minced
- 1 regular can tuna
- 4 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. parsley, finely minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Wine vinegar to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Wash and drain beans in colander.
- Mix all ingredients in bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerateand serve.
- Serves 4 to 6.
