Garden Relish (Canned)

  1. Chop the vegetables by hand or in a food processor.
  2. Mix together.
  3. Add salt, mix and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Mix vinegar, water, brown sugar, mustard, tumeric and celery seed.
  5. Boil for 5 minutes.
  6. Drain vegetables and add to liquid.
  7. Return to a boil; then pour in hot jars and seal.
