Maple-Dijon Nuts
- 4 cups PLANTERS Pecan Halves
- 1/4 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Spread nuts evenly onto bottom of foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 6 min.
- or until lightly toasted.
- Meanwhile, mix syrup and mustard until blended.
- Pour syrup mixture over nuts; stir to evenly coat.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until syrup mixture is cooked off, stirring after 5 min.
- Mix sugar and red pepper until blended; sprinkle over nuts.
- Stir.
- Cool completely.
