Sardines, Mascarpone & Pecan Nuts Pasta

  1. Chop the pecan nuts.
  2. Leave aside.
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  4. Drain the pasta and leave aside.
  5. In the pastas casserole, put the mascarpone, the drained sardines and the pecan nuts.
  6. Stir and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the pasta and stir again.
  8. Serve immediately with cheese.
  9. Mmm.
