Sardines, Mascarpone & Pecan Nuts Pasta
- 1-78 ounces, weight Pecan Nuts
- 7 ounces, weight Tagliatelle Or Other Pasta
- 3 Tablespoons Mascarpone Italian Cheese
- 2- 1/2 ounces, weight Drained Oil Sardines
- Salt And Pepper
- 3-58 ounces, weight French Cheese "comte" Or Parmesan Cheese
- Chop the pecan nuts.
- Leave aside.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain the pasta and leave aside.
- In the pastas casserole, put the mascarpone, the drained sardines and the pecan nuts.
- Stir and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the pasta and stir again.
- Serve immediately with cheese.
- Mmm.
