Aubergine Stew Recipe

• 1 x Aubergine
• 2 can Stewed tomatoes Minced onion
• 1 x Garlic clove
• 1/2 tsp Smoke flavoring
• 1 pkt Frzn corn

1. Peel and cube aubergine.
2. Water saute/fry onion and garlic till tender.
3. Add in aubergine and tomatoes.
4. Heat till aubergine is tender, then add in the corn and smoke flavoring.
5. Heat through and serve.
6. Great warm or possibly cool!
