Turkey Burgers with Salsa

  1. PLACE the mince, onions, VEGEMITE, mirin and sugar in a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Divide into 4 and shape into burgers.
  3. HEAT the oil in a frypan and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
  4. Transfer to a baking tray and bake in a moderate oven 180oC for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. ASSEMBLE burgers in rolls with the lettuce, snow peas sprouts and a dollop of salsa.
  6. Serve immediately.
