Baked Spicy Kale Chips

  1. Preheat oven 275 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Tear the kale leaves into pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. Toss the kale with olive oil and sprinkle the spices over the leaves, coating evenly.
  4. Arrange the kale in a single, even layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake the kale for 20-25 minutes until crispy, flipping the leaves halfway.
  6. Enjoy immediately.
