Beef Biscuits Recipe
- 3 can Refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1/4 c. Minced green pepper
- 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano Oil for frying
- Brown beef, onion and pepper.
- Stir in sauce and seasonings, mixing well.
- Roll out each biscuit into a 5" circle.
- Place 1 rounded Tbsp.
- meat mix on each; flod in half and seal with tines of fork.
- Fry about 3" of oil to 375F.
- Deep fry each biscuit till golden; drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
