Beef Biscuits Recipe

  1. Brown beef, onion and pepper.
  2. Stir in sauce and seasonings, mixing well.
  3. Roll out each biscuit into a 5" circle.
  4. Place 1 rounded Tbsp.
  5. meat mix on each; flod in half and seal with tines of fork.
  6. Fry about 3" of oil to 375F.
  7. Deep fry each biscuit till golden; drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot.
