Thai Chicken Livers With Peanut Sauce Recipe
- 1 pound fresh chicken livers
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. peanut oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper
- Pick over chicken livers, removing membranes and fat.
- Cut into bite size pcs.
- Dry well.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dredge in flour.
- In skillet heat oil very warm, add in livers and cook till crisp but still slightly pink in center.
- Remove livers to hot chafing dish and pour lemon juice over all.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve with toothpicks and peanut sauce for dipping.
