Remoulade Sauce For Po' Boys By Penzeys
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/2 tsp diced shallots fresh or dried
- 1 hot sauce, to taste
- 2 tsp Creole mustard (If you can't find this in the store, use a bit of hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce with Dijon style mustard)
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- The longer you let it sit, the more the flavors come together.
