Pork Chop Cacciatore Recipe

  1. In skillet, brown pork chops, on both sides.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan.
  4. Top each chop with a thin onion slice.
  5. Combine spaghetti sauce mix, canned tomatoes and brown sugar.
  6. Pour over chops.
  7. Cover.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  9. Uncover; top each chop with green pepper ring.
  10. Bake 15 min.
  11. Serves 6.
