The Ubiquitous Crab

• 2 ounces cream cheese
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, very old, sharp grated
• 2 cups crab meat
• 1 each onions minced
• 2 large eggs hard-boiled, peeled, finely chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1 x black pepper freshly ground

1. Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth.
2. Add rest of ingredients, mix well, and refrigerate.
