Honey, How Come the Rice Looks As Though It's Got Dirt

• 1 1/2 cups long grain rice brown
• 1 can beef stock
• 1 can soup, french onion
• 1 can mushrooms sliced
• 1 stick butter cut into bits

1. In a medium size oven baking dish combine rice, beef consomme, French onion soup and mushrooms.
2. Stir all ingredients together, then dab butter bits on top.
3. Cover and bake at 350F (180C).
4. for 60 minutes.
