Snails in Mushroom Caps

  1. Mix herb butter & chill.
  2. Brown mushroom caps in butter.
  3. Transfer hollow side up to baking sheet or dish.
  4. Place a drained snail in each mushroom.
  5. Top generously with her butter.
  6. Bake 5-8 minutes at 375@.
