Steak Salad with Corn & Tomatoes

  1. Mix 2 Tbsp.
  2. dressing, lemon juice and 1 Tbsp.
  3. cilantro; pour over steak in shallow dish.
  4. Turn steak to coat both sides.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min.
  6. to marinate, turning steak after 15 min.
  7. Heat grill to medium heat.
  8. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  9. Grill steak 10 min.
  10. or until medium doneness (160 degrees F), turning after 5 min.
  11. Remove from grill.
  12. Let stand 5 min.
  13. Cut across the grain into thin slices.
  14. Cover platter with lettuce; top with meat, tomatoes, corn, cheese, remaining dressing and cilantro.
