Fresh Tomato and Basil Pizza

  1. Brush pizza crust with oil.
  2. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the cheese.
  3. Top with tomatoes and remaining 1/4 cup cheese; sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Place directly on oven rack.
  5. Bake at 450F for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
  6. Sprinkle with basil just before serving.
