Barbequed Beef Brisket Recipe

  1. Marinate brisket with all ingredients.
  2. Bake 5 hrs at 275 degrees with foil over meat.
  3. Uncover and pour 6 oz barbeque sauce over meat.
  4. Cook another hour without foil.
  5. Remove fat and throw away.
  6. Make gravy with pan drippings.
