Hash brown casserole
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 lb roast beef, leftover
- 2 can broccoli cheese soup
- 1 packages hash browns (shredded style)
- 1 each salt,pepper,garlic powder,onion powder
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray 9x13 pan.
- Cut roast into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour into pan and bake for approximately 1hr or until heated through and hash browns are cooked.
