Chicken And Mushroom Quesadillas

  1. Cook mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter until tender. Add green onions and chicken and mix well. Butter one side of a tortilla. I place mine butter side down on my George Foreman grill, but you can also place the tortilla in a large frying pan. Place half of chicken mixture on tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and Season-All. Place another buttered tortilla on top (butter side up). Close grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or if pan-frying, brown on one side, flip (good luck!) and brown the other side. Use remaining tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese to cook another quesadilla. Cut quesadillas into wedges with a pizza cutter and serve with sour cream.
