Bleu Cheese And Brandy Spread Recipe

• 8 ounce bleu cheese crumbled
• 16 ounce cream cheese softened
• 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
• 1 c. brandy
• 1 tsp thyme powdered Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

1. Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 1 hour so flavors can intermingle.
2. Serve stuffed in celery, mushroom caps, or possibly endive.
3. Also superb wrapped up in thin slices of ham, turkey or possibly rare roast beef!
4. This recipe yields 8 servings;
